Amazing experience at your property."
Nothing to complain about everything was smooth and we had an amazing experience and really made our trip hundred times better. Beacuse of your location we had every destination very close and we didn't had to drive around. The staff was very nice and quick. When we came in the hotel the recepcionist told us we could go to the room early and warned us about parking and told us the derections where is your garage and how much will it cost. The room was very clean and welcoming. If we come back to Hungary we are coming back here for sure.

Nice break visiting family"
Hotel is situated in a very good position. There are cafes and restaurants nearby and trams are just a five minute walk. The room was clean and had all the basic facilities. The shower in the bathroom was difficult to use as the screen didn’t really keep water inside. Breakfast had a very good selection of food and beverages.

Nice stay"
The value for money was great.
My only complaint would be that the AC doesn't work well, not sure if it's the season or not, but we were hot every night and had to sleep with the windows open and got bit by mosquitos at night.

great hotel, helped us when we needed"
We got stuck in Budapest because our flight got cancelled. Leonardo offered us special rates (including breakfast) and we stayed there for 4 nights.
We really liked the fact that they helped us during this special situation.

A great location, comfortable and clean facilities."
I was grateful that the reception staff spoke good English. Thank you. The room was small but perfect for my needs. I slept will in the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. It was a quiet hotel but suitably located near to public service links into downtown Budapest. Perfect for my needs, near to the University where I was working. Thank you. I hope to be back there next year.
