Lovely hotel close to the Tempodrom and many other Berlin treasures. Hotel Berlin Potsdamer Platz was a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable, if I was going to be picky I’d say that uprating squeezy soap bottles and adding hand cream and or conditioner in the bath & shower rooms also allowing the aircon to operate when the keycard isn’t in the room especially on hotter days as our stay was would be little touches that would lift the experience from good to excellent.

I didn’t realise I’d booked a Junior Suite, as the price was what I had expected for a room due to the dates and closeness to the venue I was visiting, but I would recommend it. The hotel was easily accessible from Anhalter Bahnhof, direct trains to Friiedrichstraße. I thought the breakfast price was expensive, so we ate elsewhere. The whole experience was good from start to finish, I’d stay here again.

Everything there was unique

Nice big and cleanrooms with space and air. Its a quiet location. The staff in the reception are very helpfull and friendly

This was easily one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and for the price, it made it even better. The staff were extremely courteous and the room was absolutely phenomenal. I will definitely be staying here again if given the chance.

Luxury feeling, good beds

We had a really enjoyable stay in this beautiful building. Our room was perfectly comfortable for a 5 day break in Berlin. The location was great as a base to explore (really close to transport links and easily walkable to Potsdamer Platz and other central Berlin museums and attractions). The breakfast buffet was great. A huge selection of fresh food every morning and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has the added bonus of a gym and leisure suite in the basement which was always quiet when we went. The reception staff were great. Really accommodating, kind and friendly and I can't thank them enough for extending our check out time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in the hotel, would recommend and would definitely rebook.
